Ashbory in London?

Hello,

Newbie poster here.

I am making a trip down to London from Deepest Darkest Cheshire on Thursday for an interview, and I though I'd take the oppertunity to try an Ashbory.

Does anyone know of a shop where I can try out one? pref on Danemark St./ the area as I'm interviewing in Bloomsury, so I don't want to be spending the day tubing around london!

Fender have taken on the job of making them....

I think I saw one of those in tyhe bass shop window (Can't remember its name but it just does basses) on Denmark St last time I was there but that was a couple of months ago. It was definitely about the same size as the one on Ebay with funny looking strings anyway!

The Bass Centre stocks them (at least they did when I last went there a few months ago. They are based near Liverpool St, so a bit out of the way of the West End I'm afraid.
