I apologize heartily to any of you that read multiple music lists, because this message is very cross-posted, but:

I am a part of a band called Ebenezer who has just recently lost their awesome singer. We are currently making preparations for auditioning new singers and would love to hear from anyone who is even remotely interested. The band is comprised of four current members: an acoustic guitarist, two violins, and a hand-drummer. Our previous singer was a female vocalist of very high caliber, but we are not particularly partial to the female voice. Singer will need to be able to improv and fit lyrics to music. No songwriting itself is necessary though it would be acceptable. The band's sound doesn't really typify any particular genre, but it has been described as indie acoustic alternative rock with emo-ish lyrics and a celtic twist. I know that's vague as hell but its the best I can do. Please contact me at

This is multiple posting, not cross-posting, and is the acceptable way of doing this. Anybody pressing reply group will only have their message posted to this group, and we will not be bothered by replies from other groups.

Perhaps it would have been a good idea to specify the area covered by your gigs?
