Any decent database programme should do the trick. You can define the fields

Just use your favorite database and create the fields you need. From there, you can cross reference, alphbatize, and search for anything. I created my own in Clarisworks (now called Appleworks once again). It's a fairly rudimentary database, but it does the job with ease and I can print out in almost any form I want. I looks a lot like Filemaker Pro from the same company.
