To celebrate 50 years of electric guitar music, we are organising an attempt to bring to GB, the record for the most guitarists playing simultaneously in one venue. Details on our web site http://www.tegas.co.uk There is no cost other than a few postage stamps and it would be great fun...

Hmm this could be interesting... just wondering exactly what venue is going to be big enough to fit all those Marshall stacks in, not to mention the egos

Didn't we accidentally do this in Wigan on Saturday morning?

At least, I hope it was an accident. The Management are too smart to have *planned* that.

Isn't 'guitarists playing simultaneously' an oxymoron?

I was in an attempt at this some years ago in Birmingham. Basically you were restricted to using battery-powered amps. Marshall donated some which you could buy cheaply for the attempt.

As featured on the Jimi Plays Monterey film. Dodgy lyrics but otherwise cool song.
