Kings X Coming our way

This might be old news to some, but Ive just picked up on the fact that King's X are touring europe in september this year.

They will be at the Astoria2 (the former LA club - where they moved the Friday rock night after they kicked us out of the astoria!) on Friday 19th September.

I will almost definitely be there - Ive been into this band for years and missed them twice before - Not this time......

Ty Tabor is a seriously tasty player.

See you there?

Seeing as Mr Tabor is my absolute all time hero the answer is a definite yes.

This will be the 7th time I've seen them.

Well I will certainly be there. King's X are one of my fave bands of all time and I've missed them before too (like Dave). Cool!

By the way Micheal where did the tour dates come from? I cant find anything on the official sites.

I've seen them 3 times on the first 3 album tours, in birmingham and bristol. Are they playing anywhere outside london?

They played Strawberry Fields in Glasgow on the last two tours, apparently. Here's hoping the same happens again so I can see 'em. Right now www.wayahead.com is only listing one gig in London tho.

I had read a interview with Ty at the kingsonline.com site that had said 'we are playing europe' as opposed to 'maybe', so I looked on the site with no luck. Checked out Stargreen.co.uk and there it was.

Not sure about any other dates though.
