Hey,
I'm looking for a digital recorder - 16 or 18 tracks, 20GB or better. It would be nice if it will allow me to hook up a monitor. I need editing features.

Your computer doesn't need much in the way of processing power to be turned into a really nice digital recorder... with almost unlimited tracks.
