This is a Behind The Scenes Video made by the Arizona Opera Company  about the upcoming production of the Gilbert and Sullivan opera - The Mikado  that will show in Tuscon on November the 15th and 16th and in Phoenix November 20th thought 23rd.

Like all Gilbert and Sullivan Operas this one is verging on insanity, and just reading the synopsis has me totally confused already… (but in a good way).

I like the bigger than life element in operas and it seems like this production is going to supply just that.

To bad its not happening anywhere near me.

I found this on Ann Carolyn Birds blog, who plays Yum Yum in this production.

    No offense intended. I am a bit dis-graphic, and as a result, I mix letters up and can’t see it unless it is pointed out to me.
