Here is the link from an article about the RIAA lawsuits on file swapping, with the headline 'Are you next'

subj=ns&tag=msn_... I=21&PI=7327&PS=66948 The article lists some songs as examples of those downloaded by people who were sued by RIAA. The first title is Bobby McFerrin's 'Don't worry be happy'. Just something ironic about that
I have nothing new to add to the file swapping debate, but don't you think lawsuits seem a heavy handed scare tactic? I just heard of a teen and her mom who settled for $2000 and an apology for using KAZAA! What's next?
God bless America... Remember 9-11
