Tech 21 Trademark 60

What do people recon to this amp? I was originally in the market for a laney lc-30 or a peavey classic 30, but they are hard to find and often too expensive in the UK. There is a second hand one going for the less than £300 mark, would anyone else buy it?

If it is going for less than £300 I would certainly take a good look at it..and listen too. I use vintage (?) tube amps but don't feel that they are the only way! I use a Fender 110 for practice...sits next to the computer and is perfect for what I need in the house. I heard a Trademark 60 and would have bought it on the spot...had it been the right price.

That´s a good price. Too be honest I prefer the Trademark 10, but that´s me! The 60 is still a great amp.

Used to have one myself - good sound, very lightweight, puts out a lot of low end for a 1 * 12 cab. Less than 300 sheets seems like a bargain to me.

cheers for the views. i bought it today for £250, the bloke i bought it off was ace. so far it sounds amazing. fender to marshall within seconds!

well it was five years old or summet but cosmetically it's almost perfect (the handle is a bit tatty, but thats it). he threw in a direct out converter as well, and a cover but i think it came with anyway.

it's amazing the sounds i can get out of this thing. i've been playing it for hours now and i haven't even scratched the surface.

... now if only i could play guitar...
