The reference to the shedding of blood in my song was a reference to the blood shed at Boston Common. God bless America. Cid

oops, I responded to the thread BEFORE I read CID's reference to the Boston Commons. It is now not applicable to this thread (although still true on it's own).

Sad, but true. However, I recall that the UK killed quite a handful of it's own people in brutal ways for a long time.

British history is just as shameful as that of America's - which is one reason why I'm not a patriot.
