You need a mixer a sound card. HD recording software and CD burning software.

Steinberg Clean! (IIRC) does this. You play in your records, it removes hiss and crackle and allows you to save he resulting audio file on your computer, which you can then burn to CD.
But if you don't need hiss/crackle removal, you should be able to do it using the tape outs from your stereo amp, the line in from your sound card and Windows sound recorder. You'll get a huge wav file which you can then burn onto CD using Nero or some such CD burning application.
