Right... well I've made a wee mess of it so far.
I jumped straight into writing a song, without having noted the fact that the (minimum of) two words have to be in the chorus / hook.
I've written the beginnings of a song which have two of the words in the first line of the first verse..... and then I went off on one.
Soooooo I've got a song I'm excited about, and the challenge acted as inspiration, but it's not within the rules. Maybe I could tweak it to fit a couple of words into the chorus.
Anyway, this is where I am so far, remembering that I also write words and music simulateously, so I don't have quite so many lyrics yet:
(Check out the tune so far at Soundclick :

Take Me To The Land Oh the First Lord of Geelvink Bay Well he set out to find his way To a land he thought lay just across the sea
So he went out and hired a boat Paid enough to be sure it'd stay afloat Then he rounded up his friends and family
He hired a captain and a crew He paid enough to make sure that they knew How to get them there and get them home again
Won't you take me to the land Oh the land where the birds fly Won't you take me to the land Oh the land where love is law
Where no one says you're better off dead Walking round heavy with a heart full of lead Cos in this place it'll keep you in it's hand Won't you take me to the land
There you go. I've got a friend round tomorrow, and should get the thing finished.
Cheers
Dave
